THE IMPORTANCE OF SLEEP FOR MUSCLE GROWTH

    At some point in your life, you probably learned that you need to get between seven to nine hours of sleep per night for optimal health. However, for many of us (more than a third of people aren’t getting enough sleep), catching seven to nine hours of z’s each night seems more like a luxury than an actual achievable goal. After all, if we slept for eight hours each night that would take up one-third of our entire day. How would we be able to accomplish everything that we needed to do then?
